Another Pyroban® HazPak™ 100 (C4.4 TA ATEX diesel engine) is getting ready for despatch to an offshore oil and gas application. We’ve recently had a batch of these engines individually packed and supplied in customer colours.
Pyroban offers a range of radiator to flywheel HazPak™ 100 ATEX engines, which provide up to 100 bhp. They are fully Ex-certified packaged engines, Equipment Group II, Category 3G, Gas Group IIA and Temperature Class T3.

This HazPak™ 100, based on the Cat® C.4.4 TA, fully complies with EN1834-1:2000, and has the flexibility to address problems using ATEX 2014/34/EU and EN1127 and complete customised packages for IECEx, NORSOK Z-15 and DNV 2.7-2 Applications.
The unit features an air inlet shut-off valve, air inlet flame arrestor, water-cooled turbocharger and exhaust manifold, exhaust gas heat exchanger, thermal control and treatment, exhaust flame arrestor and ATEX certified spark arrestor.
