Our wellbeing champions play a key role in developing and supporting a culture that contributes to improved mental health and wellbeing by:
- Leading by example; our Managing Director and the senior leadership team participated in Mental Wellbeing training to support the programme
- Encouraging colleagues to participate in wellbeing initiatives and challenges
- Encouraging colleagues to access relevant health and wellbeing opportunities
- Sharing best practice and stories of success
- Role modelling and promoting a healthy culture within the workplace
- Acting as mental health first aiders
- Signposting colleagues to relevant resources and services
- Organising and promoting activities and events
Thrive at Work accreditation
We are delighted to have achieved the Thrive at Work Foundation Award.
Thrive at Work is a workplace commitment with criteria and guidelines on creating a workplace that promotes and supports employee health and wellbeing, focusing on key organisational enablers of health such as mental, musculoskeletal, physical health and promoting healthy lifestyles.
