Following on from our recent story about shipments to France and our new transport solutions, here is another fleet ready to cross the Channel. These trucks are heading back to France to work in Zone 2 hazardous areas at a world leading industrial gas company.
Pyroban handled all the transport arrangements to the UK for the ATEX conversion, as well as for the return journey to France, making it easy for the customer.
The fleet of Fenwick explosion proof forklifts included electric counterbalance and reach trucks which feature Pyroban’s system6000 gas detection that will alert the operators to the presence of flammable material at the gas company. The trucks will also automatically shut down in case of a flammable gas release in the Zone 2 area, a feature that we are seeing is an increasingly growing trend in France.
