Following the latest statements from the Prime Minister and responsibly adhering to guidance due to the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic, I would like to update you on the current status at Pyroban.

Pyroban remains fully operational from a sales, service and operational point of view.

As of yesterday, our sales, service, administration and engineering teams are working from home and are available as usual for your calls, requests for quotations and emails with the usual contact details.

We are still offering the same excellent level of service and support to all our customers.

If you require truck servicing, audits, etc., as long as we are permitted on site and there is strict adherence to the social distancing rule, please contact us as usual to book a service engineer visit.
Currently, we are postponing all training courses until further notice.

Our production facilities are functioning with a slightly reduced headcount. Our teams are observing strict social distancing and we have put hygiene obligations in place to ensure that all our staff remain as safe as possible.

If you need to place an order or have a truck for delivery, please continue with this as usual. We can store your truck until we are able to convert it and, in some cases, where truck arrivals have been disrupted, we may be able to reschedule our conversions to accommodate this.

We are suppliers to customers from critical industries throughout the world and will continue to supply these customers to the very best of our abilities, for as long as we are able.

We continue to follow government advice as the situation develops and we will, of course, keep you fully up to date should anything change.

On a personal note, I would like to wish you good health and hope that you, your families and colleagues remain safe.

Kind regards,

Justine Wren,
Pyroban Sales and Marketing Director
