Pyroban is looking forward to exhibiting at this year’s LogiMAT intralogistics exhibition in Germany from 10 – 12 March 2020. This show has become an increasingly important event in the European materials handling calendar and the perfect platform to demonstrate the benefits of active gas detection on vehicles.

At the event, Pyroban experts will reveal a series of new products and demonstrate Pyroban’s active gas detection systems, system6000™ and Gascheka™.

The systems are fitted to mobile equipment such as forklifts, access platforms and other plant equipment, giving audible and visible warnings to drivers of potential gas or vapour danger at 10% LEL (propane in air).

With these active systems, the equipment will automatically be brought to a controlled stop if the levels reach 25% LEL (propane in air).

Are you active?

When operating in a Zone 2 area (or close to it), without active gas detection (and shutdown) on your lift trucks or other vehicles or plant, operators can be ‘blind’ to the presence of potentially explosive gas or vapour, putting people, the company’s reputation and the supply chain at risk.

We’re encouraging those with operations in Zone 2 hazardous areas, as well as those working in “designated safe areas”, to consider their approach to keeping people safe to ensure operators have complete visibility of actual explosion risks.
