Pyroban has recently delivered training on the ATEX Directives and hazardous areas to over 50 team members at its centre of excellence in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex.
The hazardous area training, which was delivered by experts Ex-Consulting, was attended by all Sales Managers, Service Engineers and Customer Service team along with a number of new employees from purchasing, Engineering and Mechanical/Electrical fitters.
The course covered explosion protection legislation and compliance, plus information on hazardous area classification, and was instigated as part of a commitment to keeping the Pyroban team up to date with the latest requirements of the ATEX Directives and deepen their knowledge.
As safety in potentially explosive atmospheres is the number one priority for Pyroban, the company is committed to ongoing staff training, ensuring the team has all the knowledge required to help customers, particularly end users of explosion protected forklift trucks and engines.
