Pyroban Field Technicians can be despatched to provide onsite support for installation, commissioning or fault-finding and repair, in the event that something goes wrong with your equipment. We’re offshore ready – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – to ensure that your hazardous area operations can continue.
We understand that you need non-stop power and zero downtime, but also cannot compromise on safety. That is why our team is available with the required certificates and survival training for offshore operations to get your equipment up and running as soon as possible. And throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, Pyroban service support has continued with additional safety measures in place.
For instance, our Offshore Technician Steve Keeley recently attended the call to complete some critical servicing work on a pumping system in Vietnam. Steve spent two weeks in a government isolation hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, followed by nearly two weeks on the platform – he even had his 50th birthday whilst on board!
Thanks to taking Covid-19 precautions, Steve was able to use his specialist explosion protection engineering expertise to complete the job, restoring safety with the fast and responsive service that we know our Oil and Gas customers depend on at all times.
Whether your Pyroban explosion protected diesel engines are being used in Zone 2 areas offshore to power temporary well service equipment, such as coiled tubing units, cementing units, fabric maintenance, water jetting pumps and air compressors, or in production environments for firefighting pumps, emergency and essential generators, our team is still there, ready and waiting to support you.
Pyroban engineers are available to support customers anywhere in the world.
