Pyroban provides explosion protection products and services to help manage the risk and remove the sources of ignition found in diesel engines and mobile equipment in offshore oil and gas installations and onshore refineries and petrochemical plants.

We are recruiting for an individual with a passion for customer service to join our Oil and Gas Sales team as a Sales Coordinator.

As an integral member of the team, the Sales Coordinator will provide effective and efficient insides sales and administrative support to satisfy the needs of our international oil and gas customers and to ensure continued sales growth.  This will include meeting with existing and potential customers over video call or occasionally in person to discuss business opportunities, being the first point of contact for all sales and customer enquiries, and providing administrative support, e.g., producing quotes, processing purchase orders and invoices, import and export activities, and organising transportation.

Ideally you will have a background in B2B and/or inside sales although this is not essential as full training will be provided.  A passion for customer service is essential as are excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. You will be proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic and have a desire to learn and be successful.  Good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required and experience of using Microsoft TEAMS and PowerPoint would be advantageous.
