Pyroban has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive HR professional with HR experience to join our team as an HR Coordinator/Advisor on a fixed term contract covering a period of maternity leave for approximately 14 months starting in late September 2019.
Working alongside our HR Advisor and reporting to the Finance Director, the HR Coordinator/Advisor will provide HR administrative and advisory support to 150 employees across two business units – Pyroban Limited in Shoreham-by-Sea and Pyropress Limited in Plymouth.
The HR Coordinator/Advisor will provide support to managers on compensation and benefits, HR policies and HR systems in addition to providing first line advice and support on a range of employee relations issues.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate HR experience, have payroll administration experience and ideally have worked with an outsourced payroll provider in addition to having strong numerical, attention to detail and communication skills.
