Zone 2 Safety

Pyroban can convert almost all forklift trucks for operation in Zone 2 areas, which can be both process and storage areas or where the hazard is contained in pipes or sealed units.

DEFINITION OF ZONE 2 (ATEX) : An atmosphere where a mixture of air and flammable substances in the form of gas, vapor or mist is not likely to occur in normal operation but, if it does occur, will persist for a short period only.
