Service Support

Pyroban provides all levels of service to suit the application and customer requirements, providing either direct support or support through the equipment dealer (making our global support infrastructure limitless).

Our goal is to ensure maximum equipment availability and continued safety for operators in hazardous areas.

We advise that there are three simple steps to achieve ongoing safety:

  1. Maintenance by trained engineers - End users should ensure that service engineers maintaining the equipment have a current Pyroban safety certificate. Pyroban provides full training courses and certification for customers, equipment dealers and manufacturers. To minimise risk and liability we strongly recommend you NEVER LET AN UNTRAINED PERSON MAINTAIN PYROBAN EQUIPMENT.
  2. Follow Maintenance schedules and use authorised parts - Ensure the equipment is serviced according to Pyroban maintenance schedules using Pyroban approved parts. Using the wrong parts could introduce an ignition source and put a site at risk.
  3. EX-ASA Annual Safety Audit - Ensure equipment has an annual EX-ASA* audit carried out by Pyroban accredited engineers. Pyroban also offer three yearly audits as required.
