We are not a ‘Production Line’ engineering company each application is treated as an individual project and requires the knowledge and skills from the whole of the engineering team.
Our production fitters generally come from an apprentice or trainee background, with their career experience usually coming from the heavy goods diesel vehicle industry or in diagnostic electrical industries.
Our technicians have a minimum of ONC qualifications through working as production fitters and our application engineers come from similar backgrounds but are educated to Degree or HNC level.
